April 11-17th is National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week. With a tough year in 2020 and continuing the Covid-19 response into 2021, many forget those Heroes behind every call dispatched in our community. 911 Telecommunicators are essential to getting us to you fast and for the right reason. During this week, take a brief moment to tell the person or people you may know who somehow get it all done with patience, compassion, and a smile on their face a thank you.
