December 20, 2021

We all share the feeling of being ready to say goodbyes to 2020 and hello to 2021. It has been one unique. To capture it all is mind blowing to say the least. Even with all the COVID-19 restrictions and limitations, we as a community were able to make the most of the year and find the light in what seemed to many a dark tunnel. 2020 brought to us early in the year a new Ambulance and later in the fall a new Special Unit. Both pieces of apparatus have already been an added benefit to the community, responders, and visitors to the township. Many in the community have probably seen them on the streets but never knew they were new. We would like to express our greatest thanks and gratitude to all the community support. All the donations and kind supporting words kept us motivated and moving forward to serving you and our neighbors. Having the great opportunity to hold a few fundraisers this year was a blessing. The chicken BBQ was very popular in keeping us stay funded and operational in protecting the community. We hope to be offering more fun and all aged fundraisers in 2021, so please stay tuned in to our social media pages for events and announcements.

If you have not already seen, our 2021 EMS Ambulance Memberships and 2021 Fire Fund Drive have been posted. Any family or individual who wishes to purchase these memberships, please contact the station and ask to speak with our business manager, or click on the Store Tab and select one of the options. Paper copies of the memberships are available for pickup at the station during business hours or by appointment. Our social hall is still not available for rental. Again please watch the website and social media for when hall rentals will be available.

Thank you to all the visitors and township residents for the support and patience this year. We look forward to continuing to protect our neighbors in 2021. As we close the year and busy holiday season, we want to wish everyone a Happy and Safe New Year.
