This past weekend, members responded to a small kitchen grease fire at 1259 Crestfield Drive, Loyalsock Township, Williamsport PA. Fire was already found to be extinguished on our arrival. Both burn victims were taken by ambulance to UPMC Williamsport for further treatment.
Members would like to remind homeowners to ensure smoke detectors are installed and fully working. In addition to never leave food on the stove or cooking area unattended.
